Meet Dr. Ishida and Staff
Phyllis M. Ishida, DDS
Dr. Ishida has been practicing general dentistry in the Silicon Valley for over 30 years. She is a graduate of the University of California at San Francisco School of Dentistry where she is a Willard C. Fleming Scholar. She is a member of several professional associations including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Santa Clara County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, International Team for Implants, and International Academy of Dental Research.
Dr. Ishida is a member of local service and community organizations. She has been an active volunteer with Quota International, West Valley Community Services, and CDA Cares. Dr. Ishida has earned several awards such as the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow award, City of Cupertino STAR award, and Cupertino Chamber of Commerce Crest award; for all her hard work helping others. Dr. Ishida enjoys serving her community and works hard to make sure her patients are comfortable.

Jenny Mai- Office Manager
Jenny has worked in the dental field since 2009 starting as a chair-side Dental Assistant (DA). She is now our Office Manager at Dr Ishida’s since 2014! Helping people learn about their overall health and how they can make it better is a great satisfaction for her. Jenny definitely gives important ways to best help the patients and provide them the best service. On her free time she loves going on food adventures, spending time with her family and dog (Pochacco), and going to the gym!
Debbie Condensa- Registered Dental Hygienist
Debbie graduated from Foothill College’s Dental Hygiene Program in 1996 with Karen Mock. Debbie has been with Dr. Ishida part time since 2010. Debbie’s favorite part of the job is being able to interact with patients, making them feel comfortable, and seeing their great smiles! Debbie and her husband Dave have two teenage children, Ryan and Rachel. They all love their dog, Koda, and live in San Jose. She loves to read, hike, ski, and enjoys family vacation with her family and friends.
Doris Hong- Registered Dental Hygienist
Doris graduated from Foothill college back in 2020 and joined Dr. Ishida’s team in 2024. Because of her extensive dental experience growing up, she is truly empathetic with those in the chair. She is very meticulous with her care and education so that everyone can avoid a traumatic experience. On her free time, you may see her tinkering on her motorcycle, detailing her car, or going on food/boba adventures.
Itzel Cisneros- Dental Assistant
Itzel joined our team in 2025. She graduated from an Advanced Dental Assisting program 2021. Itzel became a dental assistant because she loves helping people. She likes to spend time with her family, goes to the movies and play with her 3 cats.
